1. About Us
Reddington English School provides live online language classes delivered via Zoom.
By booking a class or course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
All classes and course blocks must be paid in full at the time of booking.
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received.
Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect confirmed bookings.
3. Cancellation by You
Single Classes
You may reschedule a single class or discovery lesson with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed classes, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Course Blocks
You may cancel a course block up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund.
Once a course has started, it is non-refundable.
Missed sessions within a course are non-refundable and cannot be transferred
4. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of booking to cancel for a full refund.
However, if your course or class begins within this 14-day period and you choose to start the course, you agree to waive your statutory right to cancel once the service has begun.
By booking, you confirm that:
You request the service to begin within 14 days where applicable.
You understand that once classes have commenced, you lose your right to cancel.
5. Cancellation or Changes by Us
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to tutor illness, insufficient enrolment, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will offer:
An alternative date.
A credit for future classes.
A refund if no suitable alternative is available.
6. Minimum Numbers
Group classes require a minimum number of participants.
If minimum numbers are not met, we may reschedule the class or issue a credit or refund.
7. Online Participation & Conduct
Students must behave respectfully toward tutors and other participants.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the learning environment. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
8. Recordings
Sessions may be recorded for quality, training, or educational purposes.
By attending a class, you consent to being recorded.
Recordings and course materials remain the intellectual property of Reddington English School and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
9. Results Disclaimer
We are committed to high-quality language teaching but do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or exam results.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
Our liability is limited to the value of the class or course purchased.
